Marcin is an egocentric actor who must face the unexpected breakdown of a long-term relationship. During three different stage performances fantasy mixes with the prose of the life of a separating couple.

Michał Grzybowski in "Seasons" treats the idea of three-act structure in an ironically literal way. The backdrop for the pivotal moments in the relationship between Marcin and Ola consists of three performances in which the characters find themselves playing in the meantime: Peter Pan, A Doll’s House and A Midsummer Night’s Dream.
