Through the Wall (Przez ścianę)

In the darkest years of Stalinist terror, two political prisoners held in neighboring cells begin communicating through the wall in Morse code. They cannot see one another, yet their secret conversations become a lifeline — and slowly turn into love.

Based on the extraordinary true story of Wiesława Pajdak and Jerzy Śmiechowski, this moving film explores the human capacity for love, hope and resistance under seemingly impossible circumstances.
